1. Note the actions taken so far by officers to make the developer
carry out works at the junction of Hilltop Avenue and Hillside
under Sections 38/278 of the Highways Act 1980
and
2. In the event of inaction by the developer, to approve officers
to temporarily close the junction until the works have been
completed
