Option Appraisal for future provision of the Revenues and IT contract
To consider the high level options available to the Council for the future provision on the Revenues and IT service and to agree the preferred option for this.
*Please note that this item has been withdrawn. Decisions about the future provision of the Revenues and IT service have been deferred to Autumn 2017 when a more detailed options appraisal will be submitted for consideration to Cabinet. In the interim the Strategic Director Resources under her delegated authority will agree some improvements to the existing Capita contract and efficiency savings for the remaining duration of the contract.
