Old Oak and Park Royal Development Corporation Scheme of Delegation
To agree the Old Oak and Park Royal
Development Corporation (OPDC) Scheme of Delegation. This Scheme of
Delegation is an arrangement between the OPDC and the London
Borough of Brent (“LBB”), which formalises the
delegation of certain planning functions from the OPDC to LBB in
those parts of the OPDC area that fall within the LBB
boundary.
