We the undersigned petition the council to Local Council Tax payers firmly believe that a full resurfacing and repaving programme needs to be carried out from the start of Lancelot Road and to include both Lancelot Avenue and Lancelot Crescent. We, the residents of LANCELOT ROAD, LANCELOT CRESCENT AND LANCELOT AVENUE WEMBLEY implore Brent Council to hear and prioritise our concerns, and act immediately begin a need remedial programme for our local roads and pavements.

We, the undersigned, residents of Lancelot Road, Lancelot Crescent and Lancelot Avenue wish to highlight the dangerous, hazardous state of our pavements and local roads.?

Despite consistently raising our concerns with elected Councillors and Council Officers over a five year period, disappointingly little to no action has been taken by Brent Council.

Many of our pavements have deep cracks in them (in the worst spots 6 inches deep), there are missing slabs, significant surface damage, and many uneven pavements.?

The main carriageway is also in an extremely poor state with large cracks and potholes.

Some of our neighbours have sustained injuries due to the poor state of pavements. Recently, a senior member of our community fell and was seriously injured. They had to be rushed to hospital in an ambulance.?This should never have happened.

The current state of pavements are a health and safety issue.

Despite being willing to work with Councillors and Council Officers, we feel neglected, and believe our concerns are not being listened to.?
