Review parking provision for residents at NW10 2TS
Residents at NW10 2TS are facing an increasingly difficult parking situation. Our block of flats is outside the current controlled parking zone, but there are not enough on-site parking spaces for residents. At the same time, free parking in the surrounding area is being removed and transformed into permit-only parking, leaving residents with no realistic parking options nearby.
For many residents, having a car is essential for work and day-to-day responsibilities, so going without a vehicle is not a practical option. The current situation leaves residents in an unfair and unworkable position, with inadequate parking provision at the development and no suitable alternative in the surrounding area.
We are asking Brent Council to review the situation and consider what action can be taken, including a parking stress assessment, a CPZ extension, a boundary amendment, or another workable solution for residents.
