Zebra Crossing and School sign - Chatsworth Road and Mapesbury Road
We the undersigned petition the council to We the undersigned petition the council to put a Zebra crossing and a school sign on all four sides of Chatsworth Road and Mapesbury Road as there are cars turning from four different directions and there have been many incidents of children being nearly run over. There are a few schools and nurseries in that area and a lot of families with children rushing to school. This is a very dangerous crossing and it is very difficult for children, parents, the elderly and disabled to cross the road.
Chatsworth Road and Mapesbury Road requires a Zebra crossing and school signs from all FOUR sides. It is a hazard and something needs to be done, to make the road safer for everyone. It is a extremely stressing situation.
