i) Approves the variation and extension of the contract for positive behaviour support post hospital discharge and the Looked After Child Resilience Service (LRS) with Positive Support Group (PSG), formerly known as Positive Support Behaviour Consultancy (PBSC).
ii) Approves the variation and extension of the contract above for a period of nine months to 31 March 2025, for the combined sum of £327,500.
