(2) To approve the extension of the framework agreements detailed in (1) above for a period of 12 months from 5 October 2025.
(3) To approve an increase in the contract rates payable to each contractor during the extended period referred to at (2) above by a rate of 5%, thereby increasing the annual sum up to which each contractor is paid as a described in paragraph 3.5 and Schedule 1.
