ii)              Confirms there is sufficient budgetary provision for the proposed call-off contract.

i)               Notes that Brent Council, in association with with 6 other West London Alliance (WLA) boroughs, has been successful in an application for Connect to Work Grant Funding from the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) in the sum of £43.2m across the 7 WLA boroughs for the period April 2025 – March 2030.

 

ii)              Approves Brent Council entering into an agreement with the DWP to access the Connect to Work Grant Funding by signing the Side Letter set out in Appendix 1.

i)               Considers the report of the person appointed to examine the submitted Kilburn Neighbourhood Plan as set out in Appendix A.

 

ii)              Approves the Council’s decision statement which sets out the necessary modifications to the Kilburn Neighbourhood Plan as set out in Appendix B.

 

iii)            Approves the modified Kilburn Neighbourhood Plan as set out in Appendix C (subject to further amendments to be made as set out in Table 1 of Appendix B) proceeding to referendum.

 

iv)            Approves, subject to a positive referendum, the making of the Kilburn Neighbourhood Plan and the Council issuing a decision notice to that effect.
