i)               Approves the Council entering into a grant agreement with Homes England for the purpose of funding the remediation of Granville Homes. The initial amount of grant awarded is £1,585,000.

 

ii)              Approves the Council entering into further grant agreements with Home England for the remediation of Granville Homes, estimated at a maximum £3,627,500, subject to formal award from Homes England.

Approval to award a contract for the provision of ICT services to LGA through the Shared Technology Service covering the period 2026 -2028.

Decision:

That the Deputy Leader and Cabinet Member for Finance and Resources, having consulted with the Leader and in accordance with paragraph 13 of Part 3 of the Constitution:

 

i)               Notes the current arrangements for partnership working with the Local Government Association in relation to the provision of ICT services as set out in paragraphs 3.2 and 3.3 of the accompanying report.

 

ii)              Approves the Council entering into a further agreement to partner with the Local Government Association (LGA) for a period of 2 years, with an option of a 1 year extension, for the provision of ICT services, to include the hosting of its ICT services at the Brent Data Centres, the ongoing provision of ICT support services and the implementation of a new software and hardware where necessary.

 

iii)            Approves the award of the contracts for the provision of ICT Services to the Local Government Association and LGA Digital Services Ltd for two years, with an option to extend up to 1 year, in the sum of £2,9850,627.

i)               Approves the variation of the contract for the provision of CCTV maintenance and ongoing srevices with Tyco Integrated Fire & Security to allow for an extension of the contract.

 

ii)              Approves an extension of the contract for the provision of CCTV maintenance and ongoing services with Tyco Integrated Fire & Security for a period of 5 months, from 31 March 2026 to 31 August 2026.

 

iii)            Approves the variation of the contract with Tyco Integrated Fire & Security for the provision of CCTV maintenance and ongoing services to make provision for an urgent and essential upgrade of CCTV cameras and equipment.
