i) Approves the variation of the partnership arrangement under Section 75 of the National Health Service Act 2006, in respect of the delivery of the approved Better Care Fund, with North West London Integrated Care Board for 2024-25 to include updated and additional elements as detailed in Appendix 1 of the accompanying report.
ii) Approves the extension of the partnership arrangement detailed in (i) above for a period of 12 months, from 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2025.
