  • Find out more about this decision (item 5)

In June 2020 Cabinet approved a new Tenancy Management Policy which set out the types of tenancies used by Brent Housing Management and how they are managed.  Since the introduction of this policy a small number of amendments have been required.

This decision seeks to outline and approve the required amendments, which provide clarification of the procedure associated with changing a single to a joint tenancy, ensure the policy is compliant with both the law and the Councils allocation scheme and amend typographical errors.
