Authority to Vary and Extend a Contract for Latchaid Ltd (Anya) Subscription to Breastfeeding and Parenthood Support (Non-key individual cabinet member decision)
05/08/2026 - Authority to Vary and Extend a Contract for Latchaid Ltd (Anya) Subscription to Breastfeeding and Parenthood Support (Non-key individual cabinet member decision)
That the Cabinet Member for Community Safety and Public Health, having consulted with the Leader:
i) Approves the variation of a the contract for the subscription to Anya, LatchAid Ltd to allow for an extension to the contract.
ii) Approves the extension of the contract for the subscription to Anya, LatchAid Ltd, for breastfeeding and parenthood support for all Brent residents, for a period of 31 months (25 August 2026 to 31 March 2029) at an extension value of £75,812.46.
