NOTED the change in order of business on the agenda with Agenda Iatem 8 (Membership of i4B Holdings Ltd and First Wave Housing Ltd Boards), Agenda Item 9 (i4B Holdings Ltd Business Plan 2026-27) and Agenda Item 10 (First Wave Housing Business Plan 2026-27) considered in advance of the remainder of the agenda due to Andrew Hudson (Chair of the i4b & FWH Boards Ltd being in attendance for the consideration of those items.
