Issue - decisions

That the Leader, in accordance with paragraph 7.1 of Part 3 of the Constitution, in lieu of the Cabinet Member for Finance and Resources:

i)               Approves the award of a call-off contract for the supply and support of Microsoft Azure Services from the KCS Y23065 – Software Products and Associated Services Framework Agreement to Bytes Software Services Limited, for a period of three (3) years, with an estimated total contract value of up to £4,500,000 (excluding VAT).
