Having considered the representations received to the Council’s consultation on the Brent PBSA Planning Position Statement, officer responses and any necessary suggested changes to the Statement as set out in Appendix A to the accompanying report, the Corporate Director Neighbourhoods and Regeneration, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Regeneration, Planning & Property approve the Council’s adoption of the amended Brent PBSA Planning Position Statement as set out in Appendix B to the accompanying report to be a material consideration in the determination of planning applications and pre-application advice.
