(1) To approve the variation of the contract for the Provision of Accommodation Based Supported Living Services for People with Mental Health Difficulties at 69 Craven Park Road with Equinox Care as set out in section 3.2 of the accompanying report.
(2) To approve the extension of the contract detailed in (1) above for a period of 10 months from 1 November 2025 at the estimated sum of £206,552.
