11/02/2026 - Authority to award Transport/Highways Led Multidisciplinary Design Team, Project Manager and Cost Consultant for the Queens Park Highways Project

That the Corporate Director Neighbourhoods and Regeneration:

 

i)               Approves the authority to award a contract for a Transport / Highways-led Multidisciplinary Design Team including Highways/Transport Project Manager, Employers Agent and Cost Consultant for 18 months in the sum of £494,855 excl VAT (including 10% contingency) to Arcadis Consulting (UK) by way of a direct award from the RM6165 CCS Framework.

 

ii)              Notes the Scope of Services set out in section 5.0 of the accompanying report.

 

iii)            Approves the pre-tender considerations set out in section 7.0 of the accompanying report.
