That the Corporate Director Partnerships, Housing & Resident Services, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Housing and Resident Services:
i) Approves the pre-tender considerations set out in the report.
ii) Approves the award of the contract for Welfare Processing Resilience Services to NEC Software Solutions UK Limited for 2 yers with an option to extend for a further one year in the sum of £1,400,000 + VAT.
