23/02/2024 - Authority to Tender for Contracts for the provision of Public Space CCTV Surveillance and Parking & Traffic CCTV Enforcement Services using a Framework Agreement (Officer Recordable Decision)
That the Corporate Director Resident Services:
i) Approves the undertaking of tender processes under the Eastern Shires Procurement Organisation (ESPO) Framework 628 for call offs in respect of:
a) the supply, installation, support and maintenance of Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) cameras (Lot 8)
b) the supply, of Security Equipment and Surveillance Equipment and Service cameras (Lot 1)
ii) Confirms that there is sufficient budgetary provision for the proposed call-off contracts.
iii) Approves inviting bids under the Framework Agreement referred to in (i) for CCTV services on the basis of the pre - tender considerations.
iii) Approves Officers evaluating bids referred to in (iii) above on the basis of the evaluation criteria.
