That the Corporate Director Partnerships, Housing and Residents Services:

i)               Approves inviting tenders for a contract for internal alterations and refurbishment of Kilburn Library on the basis of the pre-tender considerations.

ii)              Approves officers evaluating tenders on the basis of the evaluation criteria.
