Authority to Vary and Extend a Contract in respect of Lift Maintenance
31/07/2023 - Authority to Vary and Extend a Contract in respect of Lift Maintenance (Non Key Individual Cabinet Member decision)
(1) To approve the variation of the contract for lift maintenance with Thyssenkrupp Aufzuge GmbH to allow for a further extension of eight months as set out in section 3.3 of the report.
(2) To approve the extension of the contract detailed in (1) above for a period of eight months from 30th July 2023.
