That the Corporate Director Finance and Resources:
i) Approves the termination of the existing contract with Bytes Software Services Ltd that includes E3 Microsoft Licences for the Local Government Association (LGA).
ii) Approves the award of a new contract for a term of three years to include Microsoft E5 Licences to for the LGA to Bytes Software Services Ltd in the sum of £523,442.40.
