That the Director Adult Social Care:
i) Approves inviting tenders for a Carers Support Service on the basis of the pre-tender considerations set out in paragraph 3.25 of the accompanying report.
ii) Approves officers evaluating tenders on the basis of the evaluation criteria set out in paragraph 3.25 of the accompanying report.
