20/03/2023 - Honey Pot Lane - Authority to tender for a care and support contract (Key Individual Cabinet Member Decision)
That the Cabinet Member for Public Health and Social Care, having consulted with the Leader in accordance with paragraph 13 of part 3 of the constitution:
i) Approves inviting tenders for a new care and support contract at Honeypot Lane on the basis of the pre-tender considerations.
ii) Approves officers evaluating tenders on the basis of the evaluation criteria.
