That the Operational Director Property and Assets, in consultation with the Deputy Leader / Cabinet Member for Finance, Resources and Reform:
i) Approves the award of contract for the two-stage design and build contract for the redevelopment works at Picture Palace to Ark Build Plc. for the sum of £2,140,218.
