Issue - decisions

That the Strategic Director Children and Young People:

i)             Approves the preferred commissioning approach and delivery model for a contract that delivers a Targeted Mental Health and Wellbeing Service for Children and Young People in Identified Vulnerable Groups as set out in the report.

ii)            Approves the invitation of tenders for the contract on the basis of the pre-tender considerations.

iii)           Approves officers evaluating tenders on the basis of the evaluation criteria.
