That the Operational Director Adult Social Care:
i) Approves the extension to the current contract for care and support with Notting Hill Genesis for a period of 1 year from 4 February 2022 to 3 February 2023.
ii) Approves the variation of the current care and support contract with Notting Hill Genesis during the contract extension period.
