That the Strategic Director Children and Young People, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Children’s Safeguarding, Early Help and Social Care:
i) Approves inviting tenders for Crèche services, Family Support Assistants, Volunteer Coordinator / programme and Early Years workers on the basis of the pre-tender considerations.
ii) Approves Officers evaluating the tenders referred to in (i) above on the basis of the evaluation criteria.
