To approve the award of the contract for up to 175 units (with a minimum of 75% self-contained units with bathroom, toilet and kitchen facilities) in Brent, to use as emergency temporary accommodation for homeless households to Nicoll Studios Limited at a cost of up to £3,413,294 for a period of up to 18 months.
