That the Strategic Director Regeneration and Environment:
i) Approves the issue of an Open Tender for procuring a contractor on the basis of the pre-tender considerations set out in the accompanying report.
ii) Approves Officers evaluating the tenders on the basis of the evaluation criteria set out in the accompanying report.
