Issue - decisions

(1)      To approve inviting tenders for two block contracts for two accommodation based support service units for Learning Disability service users across two neighbouring properties (127-129 Harrowdene Road) for a contract term of two years, with the option to extend for a further one year (2+1) on the basis of the pre - tender considerations set out in paragraph 3.10 of the accompanying report.

(2)     To approve officers evaluating the tenders referred to in (1) above, on the basis of the evaluation criteria set out in paragraph 3.10 of the accompanying report.
