Contract for Parking Enforcement services
20/07/2011 - Authority to Invite Tenders for the Parking Enforcement and Notice Processing Contracts
(i) that approval be given to the pre-tender considerations and the criteria to be used to evaluate tenders as set out in paragraph 4.1 of the report from the Director of Environment and Neighbourhood Services;
(ii) that approval be given to officers inviting expressions of interest, agreeing shortlists, inviting tenders for the Parking Enforcement and Notice Processing contracts and evaluate them in accordance with the approved evaluation criteria referred to in (i) above.
