Local Development Framework Site Specific Allocations DPD Adoption

Members had before them the report which explained that the Council had received an Inspector’s report into the Examination of the Site Specific Allocations Development Plan Document (DPD) of the Local Development Framework (LDF) and that the Inspector had found the document to be sound, subject to recommended changes being made. The Executive had considered the matter on 11 April 2011 and was recommending to Full Council that the DPD be adopted with the changes incorporated.
RESOLVED:-
that the Site Specific Allocations Development Plan Document, taking account of the recommended changes, be adopted.
