DECISION 1: To approve the award of a contract for accommodation based (24 hour) support service for adults with learning disabilities at 57 Preston Road to Metropolitan Housing Trust Limited T/a Metropolitan Thames Valley for a period of two (2) years with the options to extend for up to a further six (6) months subject to review and at 155 Gladstone Park Gardens and Ruby Street to Dimensions (UK) Ltd for a period of two (2) years with the options to extend for up to a further six (6) months subject to review. |
