1. Cabinet noted the petition referred to in paragraph 6.11 of the report.
2. Cabinet agreed to introduce new visitor parking charges in all Controlled Parking Zone (CPZ) areas,
with a £1.50 charge for up to 2 hours, a £3 charge for up to 4 hours, and a £4.50 charge for ‘all-day’ visitor parking of more than 4 hours.
3. Cabinet agreed to implement the charging structure and price changes, including amendment of the relevant Traffic Management Orders, to be effective from 08th November 2016 or
a later date to be set by the Strategic Director for Regeneration and Environment in consultation with the Lead Member for Environment
