Issue - decisions

(i)         that the consultation be noted;

(ii)        that the Brent Cycle Strategy as set out in Appendix A to the report be approved;

(iii)       that the Strategic Director, Regeneration & Environment, in liaison with the Lead Member for Environment be authorised to approval the final content of the strategy, including design.
