Issue - decisions

(i)         that approval be given to the invite of tenders for 2^nd generation bio-fuel supplies (or a higher compatible category) for the Civic Centre CCHP plant on the basis of the pre-tender considerations set out in paragraph 3.8 of the report;

(ii)        that officers evaluate the tenders referred to in 2.1 above on the basis of the evaluation criteria set out in paragraph 3.8 of the report.
