That the application by Lloyd Tate for a premises licence for ‘Lloyds Groceries’ (104 Craven Park Road, Harlesden, London, NW10 8QE) pursuant to the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003 be refused.
The Alcohol and Entertainment Licensing Sub-Committee (A) noted that the designated premises supervisor stated at the time of the application had since confirmed their withdrawal from this position and in addition the applicant had failed to provide up to date plans. In view of these factors, the application was deemed defective and was duly refused.
