Members are invited to declare at this stage of the meeting, the nature and existence of any relevant disclosable pecuniary or personal interests in the items on this agenda and to specify the item(s) to which they relate.

Members will be asked to approve undertaking consideration of Agenda Item 4 below in private on the basis it will involve the disclosure of information classified as exempt under Paragraph 7 of Part 1 Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972, namely:

“Information relating to any action taken or to be taken in connection with the prevention, investigation or prosecution of crime”.

Members will therefore be asked to agree to the exclusion of the press prior to considering the representations being made.
