Members are invited to declare at this stage of the meeting, the nature and existence of any relevant disclosable pecuniary or personal interests in the items on this agenda and to specify the item(s) to which they relate.

The sub-committee decided that it was appropriate to grant the licence sought subject to the 65 conditions agreed with Responsible Authorities

The items included as part of the Supplementary Agenda pack are not for publication as they relate to the following categories of exempt information set out below, as specified under Part 1, Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972:

Agenda Item 3:       Application for a New Premises Licence by Magic Sound Ltd for the premises known as 133 The Fairway, Wembley, HA0 3TQ (Northwick Park).

The supporting documents included with the Supplementary agenda have been classified as exempt under Paragraph 3 and Paragraph 7 of Part 1 Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972, namely:

·             “Information relating to the financial or business affairs of any particular person (including the authority holding that information)"; and/or

·             “Information relating to any action taken or to be taken in connection with the prevention, investigation or prosecution of crime”.

If required, Members will therefore be asked to agree to the exclusion of the press and public at the relevant stage when considering the application.
