To confirm the appointment of the Chair for the meeting.

In accordance with Section 10 of the Joint Committee Terms of Reference the chair should rotate between the appointed members from each Council at each meeting.  As this meeting is being hosted by the London Borough Of Brent the practice is for the chair for the meeting to be appointed from their membership.

Members are invited to declare at this stage of the meeting, the nature and existence of any relevant disclosable pecuniary or personal interests in the items on this agenda and to specify the item(s) to which they relate.

To approve the minutes of the previous meeting of the Joint Committee held on Tuesday 15 October 2019 as a correct record.

The report provides an update on the performance of the Shared ICT Service.

The following items are not for publication as they relate to the following category of exempt information as specified under paragraph 3, Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972, namely: “Information relating to the financial or business affairs of any particular person (including the authority holding that information)"

Members are asked to note that the provisional dates identified for meetings during the 2020/21 Municipal Year are as follows:

·                October 2020 (tbc) provisional date identified Wednesday 14 October 2020 – 6:30pm to be hosted by London Borough of Southwark

·                Tuesday 2 March 2021 – 6:30pm to be hosted by London Borough of Lewisham
