This report informs Schools Forum of the detailed HNB budgets for adoption in 2026/27.

This report provides a further update on progress to date against the DSG Management Plan aimed at supporting a reduction in expenditure against the High Needs Block of the Dedicated Schools’ Grant (DSG) at a sustainable level.

Members are asked to note that a provisional schedule of dates for meetings of the Forum during the 2025-26 Municipal Year will be circulated once the Council’s draft calendar of meetings has been finalised.
