Harlesden
Resident raised the issue that Harlesden
Library is very noisy on Mondays and Wednesdays when the Hub
centres are being held through a combination of service users and
staff. They suggested having the rub
relocated to the New Horizons Centre on Robsons Avenue
Community Engagement Team to escalate this to
both Libraries and the Hub team and try and obtain a response for
the resident by the next forum or directly.
Libraries and Brent Hubs
Resident raised the
point if practitioners in mental health settings can explore using
health language when people present around with issues of financial
crisis and anxiety.
Community Engagement Team to pass point on to
the Brent Well-Being Outreach Service from Park Royal Centre for

Resident spoke about
the good work of Brent health matters but wanted to raise the issue
she has with monitoring her blood pressure at Harlesden
Library. She is unable to have a seat
that allows her to have her heart above the machine and requested
an adjustable chair.
Brent Health Matters Team to look into this and make necessary changes to the
seating at Harlesden Library
