Residents have expressed concerns regarding the use of a speaker amplifying music around the Jubilee Clock during the late hours of the night. This activity is particularly disruptive for nearby residents, many of whom have children and elderly family members, resulting in significant disturbances and sleepless nights. Additionally, there is a lack of clarity on the appropriate channels for reporting such nuisances.

The Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) locality officer will coordinate with the Enforcement team and other relevant departments to develop a comprehensive plan of solutions.

A suggestion has been made by a local resident to remove the yellow sign near Jubilee Clock and replace it with a Public Spaces Protection Order (PSPO) sign. This change would enable enforcement teams to take necessary actions to reduce anti-social behaviour in the surrounding area.
