The residents who enjoy growing their own fruit and veg would like to compost leaves from the pavements/public pathways, however they are facing issues with the dog mess in it and would like to get more information.  Are there any fines for dog mess resulting from CCTV cameras?

Resident raised major concerns regarding certain areas in Harlesden, especially Craven Park Rd afternoons/evenings suffer very badly from parking on the pavement. For several reasons this will never be effectively enforced by Community Enforcement Officers issuing PCNs. We therefore need to acknowledge the fact and move on to alternatives. Waiting for the occasional police/council Day of Action is not a solution.

ASB team had a very insightful conversation via email and full response was provided.

The suggestion was made to the council about using a third-party body for issuing PSPO (Public Space Protection Order) and the example was given from the other boroughs which already proven as highly effective.

The legal opinion was requested by ASB team, and the update will follow up in due course.
