Residents' concerns regarding drug dealing, road conditions, and anti-social behaviour in the Jubilee Clock/One Stop area were documented. Inquiry made about the existence of a community policing team or neighbourhood watch program for collaboration.

The request has been raised about funds and investment for Church End regeneration plan and information how those funds have been spent.

The attendees have expressed their concerns about greening of the area- the plants around new trees and the tree pits have been driven over and dumped on the small shrubs and if council have a plan to deal with this issue like example-replant shrubs or pave over.

The resident raised concerns on behalf of Fairer Housing group regarding safety issues in the area, ASB and children safety in Church End. Residents can recognise those individuals causing listed issues and a further information requested from Met Police, Council, and other relevant departments for not taking actions to ensure safety while regeneration plan will be complete.

AJ will look for possible options to gather relevant information from involved departments. The action log will be updated in due course.
