RESOLVED that the minutes of the previous Senior Staff Appointments Sub Committee held on Wednesday 12 October 2022 be approved as a correct record.

RESOLVED that the press and public be excluded from the meeting as the following items fall within the following category of exempt information as specified in Part 1, Paragraph 3, Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972, namely: “Information relating to any individual”.

To undertake the final interviews for the post of Director Safeguarding, Partnerships & Strategy.

Following interviews held on Wednesday 9 November 2022 it was RESOLVED that Shirley Parks be appointed as the Director Safeguarding, Partnerships and Strategy.

To undertake the final interviews for the post of Director Integration & Improved Service.
