This report presents a short mid-year update on the Service’s performance, highlighting key achievements and challenges.

This report is to inform Members of the increasing presence of serious and organised criminality operating through retail premises on UK high streets and the implications for Brent and Harrow in relation to Trading Standards activity.

Members are asked to note the remaining meeting agreed between Brent & Harrow for the 2026-27 Municipal Year as follows:

·       Thursday 4 March 2027 at 6pm to be hosted online by the London Borough of Harrow
