Decision: In the absence of the premises owners and with the view to hold a fair hearing, the sub committee agreed to adjourn the application to enable the premises owners to respond to representations. The sub committee agreed that should the premises owners fail to attend a future hearing, the application would be heard in their absence.
RESOLVED:
That the application be adjourned. Minutes: In the absence of the premises owners and so they would be afforded a fair hearing, the Sub Committee having regard to Regulation 20 of the Licensing Act 2003 (Hearings) Regulations 2005 agreed to adjourn the application to enable the premises owners to respond to representations. The Sub Committee agreed that should the premises owners fail to attend a future hearing, without good cause the application was likely to be heard in their absence.

That the application be adjourned. Minutes: Nicola McDonald, Metropolitan Police informed the Sub Committee that the applicant had previously intended to withdraw the application with a view to submitting a fresh application.. In accordance with Regulation 20 of the Licensing Act 2003 (Hearings) Regulations 2005 , the Sub Committee agreed to adjourn the application on the basis that it was just and reasonable and in the public interest to do so to enable the premises owners to submit a new application.

Minutes: Nicola McDonald, Metropolitan Police informed the sub committee that Mr Raymond Hagan was no longer identified as the Designated Premises Supervisor for the premises and therefore the Police had withdrawn their objection.
